From his childhood days, when numbers intrigued him, to becoming the force behind The Roche Group, Josh's journey has been both inspiring and influential. As a self-proclaimed 'lovable geek', he has always been captivated by the power of numbers. But over the years, Josh realized that it wasn’t just numbers he was passionate about—it was the stories behind the individuals and businesses that those numbers represented.

As a Financial Advisor, he cherishes the opportunity to guide individuals—whether they are just starting to save, navigating the complexities of managing savings with growing family needs, or inching closer to reaping the benefits of a well-planned retirement.

Before starting the Roche Group, Josh served as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones. Prior to this, his tenure at Paycom showcased his versatility. From managing day-to-day operations at their Texas facility and ensuring quality service delivery in Oklahoma City, to traveling across the U.S. to bolster partnerships with top-tier clients, Josh has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence.

Outside the Roche Group, Josh loves spending time with his family. He married his wife, Holly in May of 2021. She currently works part-time as a nurse at Lakeside Women’s Hospital. Their first child, Leo was welcomed into the world in January of 2023 and their second child, Samuel will arrive March of 2025. Together, they enjoy spending time outside — Josh finds solace and rejuvenation in the outdoors.
